The location is perfect. We were traveling with children and the staff was super friendly. The spaces in the room are really comfortable: spacy closet to open two large suitcases with no problem, and a very spacious bathroom make it a very convenient stay

I only stayed one night but facilities were really clean. The women’s bathroom was immaculate. It’s also nice that they have the plugs right on top of your head.
I also really like the neighborhood even though is not the most central location for touristy activities but there are bus stops less than 5 min away

Warm, welcoming and unapologetically ‘old school’ hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff at all hours of the day. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Breakfast overlooking English Bay was a highlight. We were only there due to awkward layover timing (18 hours) but loved our stay.
