The staff on the front desk were exceptional. They went out of their way to make us more comfortable after arriving from Berlin on the overnight train. The room was large and with a very cool and funky interior design. The breakfast was very good. The position is perfect for a short visit to Basel.

It was a complete apartment with a great location. Many items were unused and clean. All needs have been considered. There were life-saving items for both long-term and short-term accommodation, such as a washing machine, a small dishwasher, a huge television and a lounge chair by the window to watch the view. Our children slept comfortably on the sofa. Easy check-in and check-out. Our BaselCards arrived before check-in. The walk was quiet despite being right next to the trail. Close to metro and markets. I would like to stay again.

Everything is modern, well thought out and extremely comfortable. It probably has the best views of any place in Basel being right on the Rhine with the rooftop terrace being an amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. The whole place was very comfortable and wish I could have stayed longer

In the old center of Basel, this B&B sits above a bar of the same owner. Many of the things you would like to see in Basel are close by. Good restaurants around the corner. The rooms are amazingly big and tastefully decorated. Toilets and excellent showers are shared. Our room had an espresso machine. Although my room was above the bar, I could hardly hear it. Andy received us in a very welcoming way, kind, helpful, advised on a wonderful restaurant and helped us safely store our bicycles. An excellent breakfast can be had at the restaurant of the "Migros" department store around the corner.

I loved my stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside, which made everything feel so festive. Plus, the tram station is only about a 3-minute walk, and the river is just 2 minutes away. The bathroom was stunning—really spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable too. Another nice touch was the coffee station just outside the room—so handy in the mornings! And I have to mention the staff—they were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Very cosy bed and blanket. Great location during December as there is a street food fair on the hotel's street. Great view of the river and super easy to get anywhere with tram or walking.
