I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

The house is wonderful and cozy. Close to everything within walking distance but still private and quiet. It has every appliance you may need. Perfect if you need some quiet and peace. The host was lovely, she gave us recommendations, info about the area and even discounts. The breakfast was delicious too. I really recommend staying here.

Very unique , has the aura of nyc in the 90s. The house is very clean, feels like staying in 5 stars hotel. House is just nice to fit a family of 5 who is looking to take a vacation in bern. A walking distance to the public transport and the city.

Location was very convenient, in the city and near food options. Room was clean and quiet. The reception was friendly, and helped to give us the Bern city pass for free transport. Very good breakfast selection.

Location is around 5-15mins walk (depending if you need to drag your luggage or not). It was very convenient and it is great that there was a really big supermarket next to the hotel. Shopping streets are nearby as well. Room was clean & pretty spacious, bathroom was sizable as well. (we had a double room) Also, customer service was good. We managed to check in early (subjected to availability).

I got there really early on my day of check-in and originally wouldn’t have been able to check-in til 3pm. However a guest had checked out earlier and they quickly tidied up the room to accommodate me. It was super appreciated after a night of interrupted sleep on an overnight bus. The rooms may be a bit smaller than usual but I loved the communal space and kitchen as somewhere to relax and also meet other guests. You can use the fridge for groceries, and they have cooking facilities as well.
