Very clean, very comfortable room. It was great that there was a kitchen in the room together with a dishwasher and all needed equipment for cooking. Another great feature is a common area with a terrace at the top level where you can have coffee or tea. The location was good, not too far away from city centre and there is a transport stop right across the entrance.

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay.
