It was perfectly located- close to everything. All the members of the staff were extremely helpfull, kind and consideret offering support in all the required assistance. The room and the bathroom was also specious, comfortable- would hihly recommended

Great hotel. It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

Excellent location. Transport is near the hotel (Servette station). A supermarket is on the ground floor of the hotel (Migros). McDonald's is on the corner of the hotel. Restaurants are very close. The host was amazingly kind and considerate and I loved being in a farming area. There was a generous amount of groceries for our use and we were delivered fresh bread and croissants in the morning. A big plus was the honesty bar. Thank you

The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
