Parking close by at good rates, rooms were very clean beds were comfortable Manager was extremely helpful and happy to help out , close by restaurant on the lake was good Perfect for a couple of nights stay

Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. Outstanding .. everything was super nice. Super COMFY bed, stunning view, super clean, delicious breakfast and helpful staff. I would like to thank Greta ,she is super nice, helpful and so kind. She was helping in every single detail. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and quality was excellent. The bread and croissant mmmmm everything exceeded my expectations.
