Everyone working there is very attentive, kind and efficient from reception to restaurant staff. Housekeeping is quick to help with anything. Breakfast and drinks are great. Location is superb. Bathroom in Corner Room is nice and spacious.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops.

Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.

Location was great close to the river and to christmas market. Good breakfast. Quite area. Room was big and clean. They upgraded my room (I didn't ask for it) to Opera Hotel (same location and same owner) very kind of them. for no extra fee.

Sufficient space. Comfortable with a touch of luxury. Staff was very friendly especially a lady who was so warm at check in and gave an upgrade. Breakfast spread was good. It’s a bit further away than some hotels that were nearer to the main station or to the old quarters. But, it’s still near enough and can be reached from Zurich HB via tram line 4 and stop at kruezstrasse. Nice walk along the river back to old quarters.

Hotel Europe is located right in the middle of Zurich’s lively Seefeld quarter, a few steps from the Opera House and Lake Zurich. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Excellent choice for visiting Zurich. The hotel is not far from train and public transport and almost everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and we had a very good time.
