Contacted by Christian prior to arriving, when issues arose with hot water. He organised a move across the road to an equally lovely apartment. Well furnished, and bathroom renovated and modern. Comfortable beds and great location in Concepcion. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Concepcion finicular. Quiet location

In a great neighborhood of the city with lots of artistic sites around. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a restaurant. Staff are friendly at check in and check out. It feels very safe and secure. The beds are comfortable in the dorms and there are many bathrooms.

This is a beautiful historic home well maintained and charming. It is centrally located on the most main Cerro of interest in this lovely city. The decorations and general feel is understated so you can feel very comfortable to wander about and enjoy the place and surroundings - great setting inside and with great views to the ocean.
