Alejandra was an amazing and caring host. Even though we only stayed for a night, she was very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the place was very clean and the beds very comfortable and warm - essential since winter nights can get very cold. The breakfast was simple yet delicious.

Contacted by Christian prior to arriving, when issues arose with hot water. He organised a move across the road to an equally lovely apartment. Well furnished, and bathroom renovated and modern. Comfortable beds and great location in Concepcion. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Concepcion finicular. Quiet location

In a great neighborhood of the city with lots of artistic sites around. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a restaurant. Staff are friendly at check in and check out. It feels very safe and secure. The beds are comfortable in the dorms and there are many bathrooms.

What an eclectic & wonderful hotel! Quirky but fantastic - everything worked well and it was a truly magnificent place to stay. The restaurant in the evening was simply brilliant - the set menu and Happy Hour cocktails were the best we’ve had in Chile. Don’t miss out on- book a room.

This is a beautiful historic home well maintained and charming. It is centrally located on the most main Cerro of interest in this lovely city. The decorations and general feel is understated so you can feel very comfortable to wander about and enjoy the place and surroundings - great setting inside and with great views to the ocean. The staff are amazing and so very helpful - many thanks to Claudia and Damien for all their help.
