Very pleasant experience from the beginning up to the check-out thanks to the detail-oriented staff. I can recommend the place, especially for travellers without any knowledge of Chinese. The place was clean, location was also convenient. I even got upgrade and little welcome surprise. Simply wonderful!

Everything is great about this property, but specially the staff. A big note of appreciation goes to the Jason the concierge, he’s so helpful and friendly. Also to Anna the customer ambassador , and the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor… she was always very attentive in order to make sure my room was perfect. I give this hotel a 10 experience and I highly recommend it . Thank you !!

The location is great. Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the Metro Line 5 with the shortcut. The staffs are helpful, the beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There are different types of socket in the room so does not matter where are you from, you still can find the right one. If we come back to Beijing, we will book again this hotel.

Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. The location was excellent. It was in a safe, atmospheric street, yet quick access to the subway. Big shopping street Wangfujing was within walking distance. From the Beijing capital int'l airport, it took 45min by taxi outside rush hour. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, spacy, and stylish. The bed was good.
