I had a fantastic stay! The property itself was comfortable and well-kept, but what truly stood out was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was arranging transportation, giving local tips, or making sure my room was perfect. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay special.The owner is also a crystal specialist—don’t miss the chance to meet her and maybe get a little extra good luck! The staff were very nice and it was quite a professional operation, quite clean too. I initially booked because of its convenience near the south station, but then came back so I could explore the south side of the city which was very nice as well. There’s a bit of a very small street food scene nearby which is nice.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is near the railway train station. Prefer for transit. The room is big for 2 pax and plenty of space to sit. I had a great restful sleep for the night.

Amazing staff 11/10!! We used Kunming as a travelling hub to go to Laos by train. The Visa upon entry must be paid in dollars, that we did not have. Exchanging currency by foreigners turned out to be very difficult. Two women from the lobby staff went with us to multiple banks and got us the dollar bills. She even had to go home to get her ID and fill out many forms. We had to leave really early the next day and they even arranged to go boxes for us that we could fill with the breakfast that was already prepared. Amazing hospitality! Moreover, great facilities. Large, clean, beautiful and very well equipted rooms. Laundry room is great. Gym is small but functional. It was raining when we were there, but the pool looks great! Location close to train station (train to Laos leaves at the south station though, this took half an hour by didi in the morning for 50 RMB) so great! Insane value for money. Would recommend this to everyone visiting Kunming.
