So clean ! beyond expectations. Electric shuttles operating 8am to 7 pm frequently free to convention and exhibition centre and to the metro station. Great restaurant. Close to food streets. Close to several shopping centres. Close is walking distance 5 min.
Was very sceptical when I saw such high number of reviews all in 5s. But when you see it. You will understand. To get to the city centre you catch one metro line. Would take approximately 30-45min but all attractions are on the same line.

The room was great, very clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Great to always be supplied with plenty of bottled water. Having a laundry room (and also the possibility to leave the laundry to be done by the staff) was great. I loved the delivery robot as well, it made for an extremely fun experience. The hotel is very close to the terminal station of metro line 1, which offers great connections to a lot of interesting areas in the city, including the centre. There's also a direct bus line to the Shanghai Zoo, which is great. I will definitely look into booking here again when returning to Shanghai.

The hotel is connected to the train station at the ground level. In other words, you don't have to go outside of the station to look for the hotel, but find the right entrance connected to the hotel. The signs are not very clear unfortunately, so I didn't know when I arrived. The location is very convenient.

Unpopular opinion, but this is an excellent location. I much rather stay in this location again, than in the city centre. From here, you can reach the bund area by metro in around 40-50 minutes. However this area is super calm, peaceful, and quiet. Very close to Hongqiao airport as well. The room was comfortable, there's free WiFi and free breakfast as well. There was also air-conditioning in my room.

I shares the room with my brother. We had enough space, it was super clean, the bathroom was well equipped and the beds comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast delicious (Chinese style) and they were kind enough to let us in early, as we arrived in the morning.
