We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.

Everything was beyond expectations. I say this as a customer, a hotel owner customer. I recommend Holiday Inn Express on the Bund, for its services, decent prices and last but not least, for its location.
