We was there with family, it is near Damaisha beach, 5 minutes, the baech is really safe and clean! The hotel is so clean and safe, the staff is exelent. They know their job very well. Especially Yuki Wang, she is professional in her job, and exelent worker. The price is really cheap for such kind of hotel. Araund the hotel everything is near, and it is very quiet and modern. It takes only 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach. Breakfasts are cheap (38 yuan per person), but mostly consist of Chinese cuisine. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, both cheap and expensive.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel right at home. The breakfast spread was simply incredible - everything was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. But what really made my stay at this hotel so memorable was the staff, especially Ivy. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very clean and well located right next to Sun Plaza Department Store and the famous Dongmen Pedestrian street. Staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and always greeted with a smile. There is some construction work downstairs and in the area, but it's during controlled times and there is a notice to all guests about the noise, but honestly, we barely heard anything! Will highly recommend and also easily accessible to transport and taxis. A bonus is that there's a gym on the 9th floor for all guests to use.

It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed. The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)
