I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Yangshuo! The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by breathtaking karst mountains and just a short walk from the Yulong River. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, from arranging Ebike rentals to recommending the best local restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and hotel beautifully decorated with a touch of traditional Chinese style. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept so well each night. The view from room was stunning, especially in the morning when the mist covered the mountains. Breakfast was delicious, offering both Western and Chinese options. I especially loved the fresh fruit and local specialties. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and they are just very nice people. They help you around and accomodate every request. The location is a bit outside the city, but in a really nice area with rice fields. We enjoyed it a lot.

I only stayed for one night during my trip, wish I could have stayed longer. Beautifully situated hotel at the bank of the river, possible to take nice walks, possible to walk up to take a raft trip, bikes are available by the accommodation. Quiet place, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. Possible to sit outside and eat lunch/dinner/breakfast with a view on the river.

The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Good bicycles to rent and trips/taxis can be organised. We'd love to return again one day - the scenery is simply unforgettable! Thank you Laura! We were a group of 4 friends travelling together, it's not so easy to one find room for 4, and we were super happy to have found a Quadruple Room with Eden Inn which allowed us to stay together. The room was big and clean, mattresses were soft, blankets were comfortable, towels were snow white, and a huge car park free for guests to use. Location of the hotel was very good, electric scooters can be rent right outside the hotel, and Yulong River is just a few mins walk. Bamboo Rafting (strongly recommended!) was in walking distance. We had a very good stay!

I stayed at the Zen Hotel for two nights and had the most wonderful experience. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty—overlooking majestic mountains and endless pink lotus fields. My room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was simply awe-inspiring. As a solo female traveler, I deeply appreciated the warm and attentive staff. A special thank you goes to Karlie, who made my stay truly special. On her day off, she generously offered to show me around. We explored the surroundings on an e-scooter, went bamboo rafting, and shared plenty of laughter. It felt just like spending time with a close friend. Thank you, lovely Karlie, for your kindness and companionship—you made my time in Yangshuo so memorable.To sum it up: a wonderful hotel, fantastic staff, and a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Yangshuo.

Yangshuo is one of those natural wonders of the world that is already breathtaking. Imagine, value-adding to the visual experience with a superbly tranquil stay at an accommodation that soothes the soul… That is exactly what we found at Yangshuo Garden Boutique Hotel. Situated in Jima Village, a short ride from Yangshuo, the Garden Boutique Hotel is nestled in Karst country, with traditional buildings dotted serenely throughout landscaped gardens. A gymnasium, restaurant, swimming pool, teahouse, and library, further adds to the appeal. We stayed in the Deluxe Villa with Mountain View - A. It is very private with a large king bed, bath and shower, large timber deck balcony, reverse-cycle air conditioning, electric blanket, mini fridge, coffee and tea. However, more than the super accommodation, it was the class of service that impressed us the most! Sophia, Julia and the rest of the team were nothing short of superb. We were totally enaomoured with the warmth and caring on display from all staff. While using the term “home away from home” is often overused, this is certainly not an exaggeration when applied to the Garden Boutique Hotel. This is certainly the most warm reception we have ever received from any accommodation anywhere in the world. I have no hesitation in recommending the Garden Boutique Hotel as exceptional, I would also not hesitate in recommending Sophia and her team in curating a super itinerary for any duration of stay in Yangshuo.
