I could feel the love and care in every tiny detail of the room: the earplugs next to my bed, the quality of the bed sheets, the smell of the shower gel - everything was just perfect! I also loved the interior and how stylish everything looked! And it's very close to all the sights!

The building was exceptionally beautiful, and our room was quite spacious with impressive ceilings. The bathroom was also very spacious with a great shower. The surrounding area is pleasant and not overly crowded, despite its close proximity to the tourist center. Additionally, the room included complimentary and excellent coffee.

My girlfriend and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was an immediate sign of the wonderful stay to come. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options (also a lot od choices for non-pork eaters).
We parked in the hotel’s garage, which was spotless and reasonably priced at around €26/day—less than typical rates for such proximity to the city center. The tram into the center was very convenient, taking just 6-7 minutes. We purchased 24-hour tickets directly at the hotel reception.
We will absolutely stay at the Hermitage Hotel again when we return to Prague!

Great location that is a few minutes walk to Karlov bridge and outside of the hotel you can catch a tram to any part of the town. Staff was great and they helped us with everything. We forgot something in the room and while we were waiting for a taxi, receptionist came running to bring us the forgotten thing. Thank you
