Really clean and comfy. Location is a bit outside the city, but tram and metro is really close by. The appartment is on a pretty busy street, but with the windows closed you can't hear anything.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Good breakfast selections. Close to Central Bus Station Florenc (less than 10 mins by foot) & the hotel offers free luggage storage service, which made our short trip (2 nights) to Cesky Krumlov much easier.

Quite place near Police station, clean, warm and well equipped. Every question which I had they replied quickly. Locks on the doors are very easy to use. Apartment is located in very nice place near bus station and two buses going to the city center.

We had an incredible two-night stay at Charles Central Hotel, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The reception desk welcomed us warmly with a delicious hot punch and provided detailed information about our stay.
Our room was thoughtfully prepared, with small gifts like fresh fruit, cookies, and even a bottle of wine personally delivered to us. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly special.
The breakfast was fantastic—colorful and varied, with plenty of options to suit every taste.
A special thank you to Viki and Eduard, who made our daughter’s birthday unforgettable. They surprised her with a cake, a candle, and a heartfelt birthday song. To top it off, they brought us two glasses of champagne to celebrate with her. Additionally, we were deeply touched to find a card in the room with best wishes for her, signed by the hotel manager.
These personal touches and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Charles Central Hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

Absolutely perfect 👍Private underground parking, beautiful spacious apartment with really big terrace, clean, with everything you need ( coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, washing machine). That's all 2 minutes from the subway, 5 minutes from the centre. In vicinity plenty of very good restaurants, Caffès and bear bars. Very kind and helpful host. We'll come for sure back 👌

Clean room, easy to find the location, host is very nice, we just send message in 30 minutes before arrival, and host is waiting us. there is free park in street, near supermarket, and pakistani 'Rana' Restaurant. 10 minutes go to tramp stop. 15 minutes go to old town.
