The staff of the hotel is truly kind and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, quiet and the bed was really comfy and clean The shower was fantastic, and the hotel is in front of the U-bahn U5 and there is also the Tram service so you can reach every corner of Berlin very easily.

Excellent hotel!👌 The location is just great... and couldn't be better! The hotel is right next to the Mercedes Benz Arena, (a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mall that are right next to the hotel within a short walking distance), and also to the East Side Gallery. Public transportation is available everywhere and almost at any hour and there are also quite a few interesting places and shops in the immediate vicinity. The room I got was very(!) clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable! The service is always kind and with a smile and they were always happy to help and answer any question. A highly recommended hotel and without a doubt I will return here again!
