The hotel is situated in a peaceful green neighborhood with small houses. The location is safe, ABSOLUTELY QUIET, and very well connected to the city center (10 minutes by metro, and then 8 minutes of walking). It is also close to a local shopping center (ca. 12 minutes of walking), and to the University (ca. 18 minutes of walking). The breakfast is great and personalized. The staff is very friendly. Late check-in was possible. The facilities in the (appartment-like) room are all of high quality: beds, window shutters, kitchen and bathroom accessories, etc. etc.

Constantin is located in Bochum, just 1.8 miles from RuhrCongress and 2.6 miles from Bochum Central Station.

Everything was 10/10. Super clean, cozy, pretty, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, everything at disposal (coffee, tea, cooking oil, different types of shower soap, etc.) including all kitchenware, easy and straightforward handing out of keys... Truly excellent. Location was also great for my needs. I will already be staying there again in 3 weeks.

This apartment is the perfect size for two who are visiting relatives and sightseeing every day. It is so close to shopping and has bakeries and restaurants nearby. The owners were just a phone call away and quickly answered any questions that we had. Fresh linens and towels were delivered on a weekly basis. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine. This place was perfect for our needs and we will definitely use it again.
