A fab and comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is great. We were given a free travel card to cover public transport costs during our stay which was a great unexpected bonus. You can get to the centre of the city on the tram very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note is that we hadn’t realised that having coffee brought to the room had a cost (no coffee in the room) but the coffee was delicious so we didn’t mind!

Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and location was perfect. Everything you needed to cook was there and staff were excellent and friendly through out, they even let us leave our bags there after we checked out because we had a late flight (free of charge)
