I've stayed in many of the hotels in Dusseldorf, and this hotel is easily the best.Excellent service and the staff are great.The neighbourhood is very nice with restaurants close by,and a very short walk to trams.The staff speak excellent English.

I was very pleased with the position of this hotel, which is very close to the center, there are many Italian restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes' walk to the subway (bahn), it is very clean, I had a very intimate and beautiful balcony, I I slept well, there is no noise in the area, the rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped (maybe a toaster would also be good), the bathroom is large and has underfloor heating, I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to Dusseldorf.

Wow just wow. This fantastic hotel exceeded all our expectations. Thought it was just going to be a quirky boat hotel thing; something different for me wife and I for our anniversary and simply a chance to have a look around the Düsseldorf Xmas markets, but it was so much more. Every little detail was exceptional - the room was so clean and comfortable, the entire boat hotel was just amazing and the staff so hard working and dedicated to ensure we had a fantastic time. The on board restaurant was also out of this world and its proximity to the Altstadt and the sights were perfect. Can’t praise this hotel highly enough.

This modern hotel offers comfortable, well-equipped rooms in a quiet, central location in Düsseldorf. It enjoys great transport links via both tram and rail services.

We arrived quite late and it was so easy to check in and get into our room. The room was great and the bed comfortable. Big plus that although no breakfast served, in the morning you can find at the lobby fresh croissants and coffee! There is closed parking space for cars, price is fair as well. Extra plus, at Saint Nicholas day we found Saint Nicholas chocolates outside our room, so big thanks for your hospitality!
