The hotel was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The size of the room is huge, compared to European standards.
The lady at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. The location is good, in a lush green and quite neighbourhood but also very close to the metro station.

Access was easy with a key safe outside where the code was sent on the day. This is a great location for Messe Essen, includes a 10-15 walk through the Gruga Park to get there and back :-)
