The Leonardo Hotel is very good value for money. The hotel is opposite the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, not even a 5-minute walk away, which makes it great for using public transport. There is also a tram stop in the street at the hotel's entrance.
The only negative is the surrounding area; there are drug users and unsavory characters on the streets. Be vigilant, and you will be fine.
