I was at the airport to meet friends arriving the next morning. It was very convenient to the Fernbahnhof and the arrivals area. Check-in was easy and helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent, the service efficient and friendly. I was very pleased and highly recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spotless, spacious, quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had an early flight the next morning so it was nice to have a coffee machine in the room and a small kitchen for snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite my limited German speaking skills. The location is in a leafy area, a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station: Gateway Gardens. The airport is only a stop away so very handy but without the noise.

The atmosphere is good. There was kids space that my child love spending time there. Very close to supermarket. Room is spacious, well organised kitchen area, good enough for family. Smart TV is good, also wifi. Train station to Frankfurt or Mainz is only few minutes walk. Close to airport, good for those who don't want to bring their luggages to stay in the city. Free shuttle bus from the airport and only cost 6€ for 2 adults on the way back to the airport.
