Nicole, the receptionist was so nice, she helped me to find everything. They have daily HK, treat you like hotel guest for very reasonable price. You can have breakfast, there is also restaurant here. Rooms are clean and familiar.

Clean, easy and straightforward check in, direct and accessible communication, understanding service, simple but well equipped room, best location, reasonably priced, less than 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station which is literally less than 10 minutes away from the hbf. Stayed here a few times, definitely recommend. Worth it for the money - and the biggest PLUS is the BIDET!! I was super shocked to see it in Germany, I couldn’t believe my eyes.

I really loved our stay here! Everything looked brand new, functional and tastefully decorated with hints to the rainforest. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was so good! Carla, Ana and Carol made us so comfortable and pampered us with fresh pastries from the kitchen. Will definitely stay again.
