Despite some communication issues (due to booking being made by a person not staying) the host was very patient and helpful with instructions for arrival

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be near the "Messe Frankfurt" for a congress or exhibition.

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed and quickly checked in. When we got to our room we were delighted to find that it was much larger and more comfortable than your typical European hotel room.

Interior, view, everyting was great

I would like to thank the friendly approach of the hotel reception staff, especially our friend Robel Tekeste. The variety in the breakfast and the fact that they constantly replenished the food as it was lacking was great. The facility was clean and transportation was easy.

Quiet place, at a walking distance from Frankfurt Messe. Clean room with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and a good night sleep. The gentleman from the reception was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The apartment was in a secure building, accessible by card and with security 24/7. The apartment was large, well furnished, with lots of storage space, a spacious bathroom, a very usable and well equipped kitchen. There was a balcony overlooking the tree-lined street, which looked like it would be really enjoyable in summer, but also in spring it was very nice. The Opera is within walking distance, and when I was there the Opera square was occupied by food stalls and there was some kind of festival. The festival then moved to the shopping mall / pedestrian island across the street. All noise coming from the festival ceased anyway after midnight, and for the rest of the night, and most of the day, the apartment was the quietest I have been in. In any case, the location is central, and places of interest are all within walking distance. There is also a convenient supermarket nearby. The reception staff were very kind. On the (early) morning when I departed, it took all of 35 minutes for me to get into the Uber which I called - and for which I waited maybe 3 minutes overall - and to arrive at the gate (Gates Z, to the USA), after also checking my luggage. This was the most efficient accommodation/airport combination I have ever experienced in my life! I remember also thinking that if one were to stay for longer periods (I stayed three nights), it was going to be possible also to have mail delivered, because each apartment has its own mail box. I was asked to check in with documentation on line before arrival. Hower, since I knew I would be arriving during open reception hours, I did not bother with the online check-in form: face to face check-in was easy and fast anyway. (But one must arrive when the reception is manned). The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a TV set in the sitting room, and one in the bedroom.

Exceptional stay in Frankfurt - the staff is great and helpful! Rooms are clean and with the right size! It's close to underground and tram stations. The breakfast is also very good!
