Had early flight arriving from Asia. Reception was able to accomodate room right away instead of waiting for afternoon checkin Good location , bus and tram a few minutes walk away. Even though could walk to main streets in 15 minutes. Bed very comfortable. Area very quiet very gardens

Very modern, clean apartment, easy check-in and check-out. Got everything we needed for our 4 day trip. All the communication (U-bahn, tram, bus) lines are at a 5 min walking distance. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around the place as well. When we had questions or requests the staff was very welcoming, communicated quickly through the booking app.

This is a wonderful family owned boutique hotel in a very nice residential area but still close to everything you could want in Munich. We enjoyed our stay and felt like a local living in the city, hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. They offer coffee and tea on the house and they even have a fridge full of beer & wine for purchase, they have thought of everything that could make your stay comfortable. It is just a few doors down from a grocery store and in an area with lots of shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

Great place, nice and tidy, great beds, great shower, good wifi. Checking in was great with a keycode, nice balcony in the room and overall nice vibe. Pretty quiet outside as well.
