Room was amazing with separate toilet and shower. Spacious. Very stylish. Nice continental breakfast selection. Not tempted with a big English breakfast grill - because they don't do one! But they will make you a nice omelette. Its a sports/health club and you can use the huge and excellent gym for free (gets a bit hot!) and you can use the pool. They have big tennis club and I am sure you could get some good coaching here. Its right next to the Englisher garten which is brilliant for running. This is the place you go if you want running, gym, tennis, swimming, sauna, etc. The public transport into Munich centre is excellent. Bus 50 + underground U6 gets you there in about 25minutes. (or you can run the 6km !). If you are not into a sporty break then obviously this place is a waste of time for you and you might get a hotel nearer the centre. Resaurant served nice healthy food. I loved the huge bowl of green beans in the pod starter - only in a health club!

The location is great. Quiet neighborhood and near a small mall and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but a little expensive .

Hotel Uhland is a beautifully decorated period property in a fabulous leafy location, close to the train station. We stayed in a large room with a lovely view overlooking the street. The double bed and sofa bed were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast room is a very charming and comfortable airy space. Breakfast was the usual continental selection and the coffee was good. Lovely staff helped to contribute to the pleasant, relaxed ambience of the hotel. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Clean and modern hotel with extremely friendly stuff. There is a coffee machine and a stocked minibar in the room. Location is quite good - close to historical center of Munich and at the same time close to the train station so that you can easily travel to other cities as well if you wish. Due to its close location to the train station it may not always be a pleasant walk in the evening in surroundings, but still we didn't face any real problems with it. Will definitely choose this hotel for the next trip to Munich.
