The staff truly were incredible from the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to help. For example, we needed assistance with our Galapogos form, and was helped with each step. As well, we needed some cash from an ATM, the security man didn't just tell us where the bank machine was. He went with us and stood by as we got our cash out. The morning shuttle was stuck waiting at the airport, and without us knowing, they had a paid private taxi at the door minutes early the take us. That is great customer service. We highly recommend this hotel! We also tried the room service food, and it was great, reasonable.

Good Location, Airport Shuttle included, great room with a view over the pool and comfortable beds. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good! We were even allowed to have a late check-out for free since our flight was late. There is also a fine gym and a small sauna. All in all very recommendable.

Breakfast not included, but there is an excellent restaurant nearby. Airport shuttle not included, but they called a secure taxi who came right away. $5 USD WiFi coverage was excellent and fast. Staff was extremely helpful. Security was excellent.
