As for me, it is one of the best hotels of Hurgada )) the hotel is new. everything is new. the service is perfect. it is very clean. there are a lot of restaurants. and the meal was very very delicious. thanks for a guy in the reception, he was always with a smile and made the upgrade for us. our flight was in the evening, and it was possible to stay in the hotel until the evening for free. thanks again for our holiday)) and special thanks for animation team. it was amazing.

The staff were amazing! Wael at reception was so lovely and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. The staff at the restaurants and bars were incredible and the other staff walking around (momo and Quincey :)) were the best and made our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely return!!
