Hotel exceeded our expectations. I was a bit worried about beach, given the reviews where people complained about access to the sea. For us, it was exactly what we wanted because we came for snorkeling. You can access sea for swimming or snorkeling from jetty which is supervised, otherwise you can paddle in the shallow water adjacent to the beach. Sun loungers and beach towels are also ok, don't worry about reviews. Restaurant was amazing...plenty to choose from, we didn't even go for a la carte. Fresh fruit, salads, bbq outside, so many different puddings.

Calm, romantic and ultra luxury. Hotel’s architecture is chic and authentic. Food was good, breakfast has not many options but everything they have is good quality so it wasn't a problem for us. Delicious dinners in Ala Carte restaurants are free of extra charge. Amazing sea with corals and very rich underwater life. (bring sea shoes and please don't step on the corals!!) Staff is very well natured and helpful. Special thanks a lot to Mr. Hanna Rayed for his extra care and hospitality. It was definetly a honeymoon we will not forget. Until next time!

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

everything was great! the sandy beach was super nice. There are a lot of options for the food, we were in all the restaurants and they all were perfect. The staff are very supportive and nice and you have a direct contact through whats app for any support you need. The animation team are great, specially Mr. Hassan, he is an awesome member to the team. The Spa is great, specially Mr. Alladin! the best massage I have ever had! we checked out at 12:00 but stayed at the hotel until 22:00 (we had an early morning flight). The hotel kept our access to everything open and allowed us to use all the facility and restaurant without extra charge! They even prepared a lunch box for each of us, for the time we were in flight! We also had our anniversary during our stay, and they decorated our room and also our table at the restaurant with a delicious cake with no extra charge!

The hotel is very large and has a lot of things to do…there are many pools and the beach is amazing. Waterpark for adults and kids is one of the best that we have ever seen. We really enjoyed our staying and we recommend this hotel,if we will have the opportunity we will come again for sure. All the personnel is very kind especially Amr Mohamed from the reception that has been very cooperative and has given us all the information that we needed. Perfect vacation.

Everything was perfect. The facilities were new, very stylish and nice. The restaurants were really good but if I had to highlight something it would be the staff. They made our stay the best we have had so far in a resort. Specially the posh club staff.

Everything was great about the hotel: beach, food, location in the bay, facilities but what was absolutely astonishing was the cleanliness and the personnel. Polite, attentive and efficient people who work here and extremely clean rooms, territory, restaurant, beach, I’ve never experienced it this way. Highly recommended to stay here!
