Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

Its a huge resort, with a lot of activities options and the hotel is very clean. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and polite, regardless of what time you contact them, they will assist. The animation team is the best, very active, friendly and fun and has entertaining shows every day and night. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel while in Hurghada.

Excellent resort. We visited in January and chose it because it has heated pools. We were not disappointed. Even the Aquapark had warm water for the slides which is very important for us and not easy to find. Pools were almost empty, lots of place to swim. Beach is very nice, lots of space, good snorkeling. I liked the fact that you can walk along the beache to other resorts and nobody stops you because I love strolling along the beach. The staff is so kind and attentive. No pressure for tips, no pressure for tours. It is a real 5 star resort, it feels very upscale. It's spotless. Food is very good. The best grilled shrimp in sauce I have ever had. Strawberries were very good quality, all fresh...in other resorts we rarely got such fresh strawberries.

Great hotel! Lots of facilities, lots of choices in terms of restaurants. Location is very well located, right at the beach. There are sunbeds available for free. Staff is very friendly everywhere, also the reception helped us very well in particular lady Ereen.
