The staff are very kind and friendly, The room was very clean and quiet. There is a variety of swimming pool depths for kids or adults. The Aqua park is wonderful with plenty of types of games for different ages, life guard agent every where and really they are doing their job always on the spot. Food was excellent 👌 as 5 ⭐ hotel. And the special thing was the entertaining team day at the swimming pool and night with special shows they make a really dynamic atmosphere. Really I'm satisfied and all my family 🙏. .

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. We had stayed with a 9month old baby and everyone tried tehir best to make us feel comfortable all the time. The garden is beautiful and great for long walks.

everything was great starting from the service especially Mr.Ibrahim in the reception all the way up to the food, beach and room service. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they offered us the honeymoon pack for newly wedded couples and it was magical. A very good experience that I would love to repeat in the future :)

Would mark 11/10 if possible, the hotel surpassed our high expectations upon arrival, mixed with Mr Hanna's and the rest of the staff's hospitality made our stay a truely unforgetable, relaxing and hassle free get away. Shukran!

We just returned from a week's holiday in this hotel (2 adults, 2 children). The All positive reviews of this hotel are absolutely correct, this is a great place to stay, we highly recommend. Few points to mention: 1. Friendliness of the staff. This has exceeded our expectations. Whatever issue we had, it was immediately resolved with no hassle. The personnel is extremely polite at all levels - from a porter to reception manager. We have never seen anyone with a grumpy or annoyed look during our stay. This is impressive as it shows that hospitality is not just a buzzword for the management but a key value. Our children were also surrounded by smiles and care. 2. Facilities. there is everything for a family stay, a great aquapark with around 15 slides, several swimming pools, 7 restaurants, a beach, a gym (surprisingly well-equipped). Everything is also conveniently located so you don't need to walk too long (important with the young kids). 3. Food. Fresh, varied, tasty - there is something to everyone's taste. We did not even have time to visit all a-la carte restaurants. The ones we visited served tasty food (ok, obviously it's not the same Italian as in Italy in the Italian restaurant but it's good enough). Do visit the Bedouin restaurant though, the food there completely blew us away, it was one of the best cooked grilled meat that I have ever eaten in my life. Service at all restaurants is quick and efficient 4. The beach. A lovely sandy beach, very clean and well-kept (you can literally eat that sand, there is no dirt or garbage there). Shallow entrance to the water which is ideal for young children. There are 2-3 small coral reefs at the beach but of course to do some serious snorkelling you need to go somewhere else (we did not so can't comment on that). There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, you don't need to do a mad rush before breakfast to reserve spots, we never had any issues regardless of when we arrived there.

From the beautifully prepared room to the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, everything was simply perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere at the hotel was peaceful, elegant, and romantic—ideal for honeymooners.
