We went for a short 4-day trip to this hotel just to get some sun during the winter time. And we came back actually very satisfied. The hotel staff is very professional. Facilities clean. We also got a room upgrade to a pool view room, which is a good thing I guess. Shout out to Sameh, our room cleaner, he did an outstanding job, and Moussaf from the outside bar.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

My recent stay at the Premier Le Rêve in Sahl Hasheesh was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, We were treated like royalty. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and informative Mr. Khaled Helmy, the Assistant Front Office Manager and Reservation Manager. His warm welcome and the generous upgrade to a stunning suite overlooking the pool set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. Mr. Khaled’s outstanding hospitality continued throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort,even providing daily updates on the hotel’s entertainment through WhatsApp. The spacious and sunny room was perfect, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The main restaurant offered a delightful culinary journey with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes, including Egyptian specialties, vegetarian options, and gluten-free choices. The delicious food was complemented by the warm and attentive service of the restaurant staff. The hotel's pools were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation. The pool bar staff were also exceptional, providing friendly service with a smile. While the beach was not ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature, the hotel offered a dedicated snorkeling area accessible by the jetty, which was a lovely alternative. Overall, this was one of the best vacations I’ve had in years. The exceptional service and attention to detail from every member of the hotel staff made me feel truly valued and cared for. I can’t wait to return!

I’m really surprised! It’s a studio inside 5 stars hotel, the room is really clean and smells good, has it’s own pool towels, little kitchen, laundry and big balcony with two sun beds The hotel has 5 restaurants and lots of swimming pools and amazing private beach. Thank you for the little gift!!
