The hotel was very good- our Romance Jacuzzi Suite was amazing! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

I’m really surprised! It’s a studio inside 5 stars hotel, the room is really clean and smells good, has it’s own pool towels, little kitchen, laundry and big balcony with two sun beds The hotel has 5 restaurants and lots of swimming pools and amazing private beach. Thank you for the little gift!!
