I found this hotel as the best place for my kids. I’m very thankful that when we arrived early they didn’t make any problem and provide as a room as soon as it was ready. Very welcoming and very professional staff at the desk. We wasn’t relaxing as kids are not independent, but we wasn’t struggling as there was comfort for all family provided . So many activities so many things to do . Friendly staff no one ask for tips. Everything is included even Virtual reality games for kids and adults . Amaizing neverland show. Food was good , Not perfect but for this price and all what u receive you enjoy a lot. Room was new and beautiful. I recommend to everyone.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The quality of the food for an all inclusive was fantastic! The best tandoori chicken we've ever eaten! The food and beverage manager Hazeem tried his best to satisfy every need we might have, he was always available, booked A la carte restaurants for us and prepared a special Egyptian dinner. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is spotless! A special thank you to Mohamed, the waiter from the Asiatic restaurant!

The whole atmosphere was amazing. Great reception service. A lot of food options with good quality, It was if you were in a miniature city with everything available at the hotel. Rooms where clean, confortable bed and shower.

By far the best family hotel I’ve stayed at. Straight from arrival staff are so helpful and attentive. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make your stay special. The premium villa was enormous and immaculate, housekeeping do a fantastic job and again are very helpful with any requests. We received “care” packages every day with fresh fruit, soft drinks and water which was greatly appreciated by my family. We were there a week and still didn’t manage to eat at every restaurant as there is so much choice. We have 3 children with varied tastes and they all found something they enjoyed in every restaurant. The general standard of food and drink across all meal times was fantastic along with the friendly atmosphere from the restaurant staff. The water park and other facilities are such fun and well laid out. There is so much to pick from to keep you and the kids entertained, we had such a blast and again the life guards were so friendly and took the time to learn my children’s names and fuss over them which they loved. If you have kids or still a bit of a kid yourself you will love it here for the water park itself. The customer relations team were attentive without being intrusive and would touch base most days to see if they could do anything to help us. Due to flight times we requested a late check out but was informed by Sameh at reception that this was already taken care of which was so greatly appreciated. The lifeguard at our pool Ahmed also really helped us out during our stay and looked after us really well. He bonded with our children and they were sad to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Really can’t fault the hotel or the staff, we will definitely be back.

The best thing about the whole stay Was ratio - quality of services/price. Also, our buttler Mina was ALWAYS avaliable (sometimes i was wondering when he sleeps?) and ready to help with every single request we had. The whole Posh Club section is the best solution for restful vacation. Highly recommend!
