One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.

Mohamed Ragab in reception was the best helping us getting THE BEST room, 1159 😃 Barman Tito at the pool / lobby bar was the best and nicest barman 😃 Lifeguard Yousef was the sweetest and most helpful guy 😃 These three made our holiday very Special. The cleaning was definitely not the best and I have had better food - but the room and its location ,

Beautifully styled rooms... Fabulous hospitality

It was something incredible! 😍 The best hotel in Sharm el Shake: delicious food, beautiful architecture, top level service, the staff is very kind and helpful, always help and advice! The beach is large, a lot of space, sun beds, all clean and well-groomed. Everywhere to see the great work of people made with love! Animators are good, every night a great show program! We are very grateful that we chose this hotel, the quality is at the highest level. Only a recommendation!

Services, kitchen and cleaning were perfect All staff were friendly and helpful

Property is huge! In 3 or 4 levels. On each level you have a swimming pool. Beach is really nice, for those on upper level there is a shuttle bus that drives each 15 mins around property, but I would say it goes even more often than that which is cool. Access to deep water is over a bridge where you can swim, snorkel and dive. Fishes and corals are stunning. There is no swimming in shallow water because it’s all coral reef and it’s protected. We had swim up suit in lowest part of property so therefore we had private pool and pool just for the guests on those lowest part. Mahmoud who was cleaning our room every day is such a nice guy, making sure we have everything clean and needed in every moment. We had different swans everyday! We had everything in room - towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, shaving kit, hand and body lotion, coffee, tea, bottled water every day, etc… basically, no need to bring anything or be worried if you forgot. On private pool (for guest on lowest part of property) you can meet Abd who is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, all staff in hotel will make sure to meet your needs. But besides that, EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN, all around! READ THE SIGNS, panels, etc… Food comes in so many different varieties! If you don’t find for yourself what to eat here, you’re not for these kind of holiday. Some of the specific things you have to request and ask for - eg. almond milk, gluten free bread, etc… also, be aware that you have to take care of your stomach before coming to Egypt in general. Some probiotics will do the work (at least 3 days before holiday and during whole stay), simply because we’re not used to Arabic food (which is SO SUPER DELICIOUS BTW!). Water only from bottle. There are several restaurants on property, basketball and tennis court, pharmacy, market, beauty salon, diving center, excursions, etc… Resort hall smells sooooo good!

One of the best destinations we have ever visited. Highly recommended for families. The hotel has an amazing sea, rich with coral life. Pools, nice restaurants and aqua park are all around. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

Service excellence: abundance thinking, always finding ways to exceed expectations and offer more than asked. Particularly Romany at the beach bar and Hashim manager at La Gioconda. Initially thought lack of Wifi in rooms and certain areas was a drawback but it helped generate more interpersonal time and an authentic experience. Food choices were exceptional. Great snorkeling reef.

It was a lovely resort and the corals were really nice to be able to see right from the hotel private beach since it was a rocky beach. The food was great in the buffet restaurant though most of the 16 restaurants they mention were closed when we were there. The staff were really welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Saad at the reception who helped us out alot!
