Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious, everyone could find something their taste. Room was clean, towels were changed daily. Lots of adult and children programs were during the day. Beach is close to the hotel, use elevator instead of stears.

The staff was really professional in particular I thank Mohamed of the reception, Mahar and Yassin and all the other supportive workers. The sea is incredibile and I will surely come back for another lovely staying.

many restaurants, multiple pools- not crowded the heated pools were exceptional, even though it was a bit windy my 4 year old was more than happy swimming

My fiancée and I were thrilled with our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. We received a warm welcome at reception and were informed that we got a complimentary room upgrade. They then escorted us to a stunning, spacious, cool, and clean room, complete with fruits, snacks, and a mini-bar. Our six days there were filled with relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the guests. The food was delicious and abundant. We always had a wide variety of options available at any time, and we never encountered any lines for meals. There was an extensive selection of bread, snacks, vegetables, fruits, sauces, and drinks. Best of all, there was always meat and fish available. While not lobster, the barbecue featured chicken, beef, lamb, fish, crabs, and shrimp. The food was tasty, and we never experienced any stomach issues. The drink selection was excellent, especially the cocktails based on rum and tequila, which we highly recommend. The hotel also has several à la carte restaurants, but we only visited the French one, which was decent. We didn't see the need to dine elsewhere when the buffet offered such delicious options. A highlight of our stay was the hotel's access to its own reef for snorkeling among tropical fish. It was magical! We rented masks and had an amazing time on the beach, lounging on comfortable sunbeds under umbrellas with cocktails and stunning underwater views. The hotel’s pools were very clean and separated for different preferences, so if you’re traveling without kids and seek peace, there’s a place for you as well. Overall, the hotel was quiet and tranquil. There were activities available, but they were not overly loud. The music wasn’t blasting from speakers at every corner, and any lively evening entertainment took place far from the accommodations. They respect your right to relax.

We liked our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Beach Hotel, as soon as we arrived we received all the attention from employees at reception. Special thanks goes to mr. Ibrahim Emam, who made all our wishes come true imediately and to mr. Ahmed Adel, the reservation manager, who knows his bussiness to perfection.

Amazing hotel. We travelled a lot but there is no better hotel than this. Staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean and the food was the besttt. We will for sure come back. Price is soooo cheap for what this hotel has to offer. 100/10
