We had a really nice time at the resort with our family. When we arrived, we directly received an upgrade of the room and had a very smooth and warm check-in, even though we arrived around midnight. We enjoyed the heated pool and had great dinners at different a la carte restaurants at the resort. The hotel is located near the sea and offers wonderful snorkeling possibilities. The staff is incredibly serviceminded and made everything they could to make our stay marvellous. We would like to extend our gratitude to hotel management mr. Hesham Fattah and mr. Ibrahim Emam for their hospitality and great service. Thank you for everything!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a blend of modern and local Egyptian touches. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling and diving. The views from my room in front of the pool area were breathtaking, making it easy to unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Dining was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes served at the on-site restaurants, ranging from fresh seafood to traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering something for every taste. Additional amenities such as the well-equipped fitness center, spa services, and organized tours made the stay even better. Whether you’re visiting for relaxation or adventure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. 10 out of 10 experience.. I try my memory hard but can NOT find anything to complain. This place originally was Rixos. Still door key cards have Rixos logo. So infrastructure was perfect. Food and beverages were much better than my expectation. Very very clean rooms, everyday cleaning service for sure. But !!! The most important part is their hospitality. Lovely, kind, thoughtful staff. Ready to help day & night. Though our check-in and check-out times were terrible (thanks to flights) , everything was perfectly organised, we never had to deal with any negative situations. Thanks people !
