Great value for money and really good location. We wanted to be closer to the beach so decided to stay at this end of Barcelona and didn’t regret it, loads of good tapas places and bars on the doorstep. About a 10 minute stroll to the beach and a 10/15 minute bike ride along to Barcelonetta. Bikes were available to hire right outside the hotel for 15euro a day.

Everything was perfect. Apartment was absolutely clear, quite and nice. All you need for comfort stay is available inside (fridge, microwave, electric cooker, coffee-machine, iron and so on). Nearby the apartment there are 2 metro stations, supermarket, nice park. Highly recommended.

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. All appliances were top quality too.
It was very close to the bakeries and restaurants in Poblenou, so we had some great food, but also close enough to walk to the beach and the centre.
We will definitely come back again.

Location: great. 10 mins to the sea, 30 mins to Sagrada BY FEET.
Views: stunning. Sea, Sagrada, Torre Glories (Torre Agbar). It is even hard to leave the terrace sometimes because of the
views.
Pool: clean, nice, calm, pleasant place to chill. Sometimes even better than the sea, as it is very calm, clean toilets, shower. Very clean territory.
Very clean appartments with stunning views from both terraces.
Air conditioner was working properly.
We really recommend to book the parking if you stay with a car because it is very comfortable to go down with the elevator directly to the parking place.
In our case, the personnel solved the issue with kettle immediately, this makes sence. As when everything is ok , it is ok with every host. The real good host proves professionality when a problem is solved within seconds.
To sum up, we strongly recommend these appartments.

Maria's apartment is very well cared for, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked. My parents (elderly, semi-disabled) stayed for a month and were very comfortable with everything they needed. The bed with independent mechanical raising/lowering were especially appreciated. The layout, especially the spacious balcony, makes it easy to spend time. The materials of the apartment, furniture, and items in the kitchen are all really nice quality. It felt like a home for the time we were there. Maria is a great communicator and the booklet of recommendations for the area is very complete. Thank you!

Perfect bed and pillows, super clean, nice view.
3min to the metro station, 12-15min by metro and you can get to center.
Spa small but good, for short relax after exploring city perfect. Pool on roof we don't use because too cold in early spring.
Staff is helpfull.
Around hotel a lot of bars, shops, bakeries we use them for breakfast.
