The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. When we booked into our room, there was cake and a bottle of cava to celebrate a birthday which was really thoughtful and unexpected. The location was perfect, right next to the river and the Guggenheim museum.

Absolutely loved my stay at Batiment Suites & Apartments! The location is perfect, everything is within easy reach, and there’s a beautiful park just across the street. The room with a balcony was such a great choice, quite spacious, very clean and well equipped. It felt super comfortable. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Bilbao!

Old town Bilbao was on our doorstep and yet the apartment was quiet and very comfortable. Accessing the apartment was so easy. The host had thought of so many things, even an umbrella for the wet morning, which was so handy. The wifi was great too. The host was very attentive and followed up promptly.
