The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. When we booked into our room, there was cake and a bottle of cava to celebrate a birthday which was really thoughtful and unexpected. The location was perfect, right next to the river and the Guggenheim museum.

We were able to do everything by foot in Bilbao which was very doable with the location of the apartment.
