Had a very pleasant surprise when we checked in and received an upgrade to a sea view suite on the 5th floor. Lovely large suite with superb views over the bay and beaches. Very clear instructions were provided to drive to the hotel through old town as GPS will take you the wrong way. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location in old town near the marina.

The staff was so helpful. Special thanks to OSCAR, Ana and Davide who were so patiently making suggestions and reservations for me. The breakfast was superb, Juan the chef makes the best eggs Benedict and Ditra and her sister always assist with a smile. The location is so perfect—so near the best bars and restaurants but in a peaceful plaza. Everything was walkable. I would stay there again.

Everything is just great - the location is so central to the old town, Gros, the beaches as well as pink transport. Luis and everyone else at the front desk are exceptional and so helpful. The coffee machine at the reception area is just great for those early morning coffees and there is an elevator too - overall; I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Set overlooking the spectacular bay of La Zurriola, this small hotel enjoys a fantastic setting right in the heart of classic San Sebastián, near the old town.

We are regular visitors to San Sebastián and this is our new favourite place to stay. It’s in the heart of the city. With the old town right outside the front door. The beaches are 200mm away. And you’re spoilt for choice for places to eat. The rooms are spotless, and nicely designed. And the free coffee is a bonus. You will also receive a very friendly welcome from the owner. For the price it is excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff at the reception and at the restaurant during amazing breakfast. Location is very good, at Old Town, close to beach and restaurants.
