Everything is new and very clean. The staff were welcoming. Room has high-quality fittings and furniturea great ensuite. Imanol and Patricia at reception were very helpful for my first time stay in Madrid. Easy access to metro. There is a good breakfast with a wide range of options. Mario and Jorge kept everything perfect in the dining area.

We were surprised that the premise is furnished with marble from the stairs and floors to the toilets. The room is very clean. Our room was tidied up the next day (we stayed for 2 nights)! We did not expect it and hence were grateful for it. The underground is about 50 meters away and many small restaurants around the area that serve very good breakfast and lunch.

This conveniently located hotel is set near Madrid’s transport hubs of Álvaro Mendez and Atocha – terminal for the AVE high-speed lines.

Good location, friendly staff, clean. We traveled with 2 small kids and had the junior suite with plenty of space. Also, we had to storage the stroller and they were very helpful. The jacuzzi was top, especially for the kids. They had a lot of fun.

The rooms are nice and equipped and clean which is the most important. Location is great. Receptionists are very kind and speak English well.

Located next to the historic centre on Puerta de Toledo, this smart hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a lounge bar perfect for relaxing in after visiting the sights.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. And I booked a room for two people. This room had a good size bed and a good size room. Since I like the place I decided to book another night the same week of my trip and they gave me a tiny size room, the bed was single junior bed. It was comfortable and cute little room but I prefer to have more space in the room. If you book the room through their website. It is cheaper.
