Extremely comfortable rooms, very clean! The hotel is located a few steps away from the metro that takes you right to the city center into the heart of Madrid!! Very good restaurants nearby. And... wonderful people at the reception!!! We needed help at some point during our vacation, and they were absolutely fantastic!!!!

A great hotel for family vacations. The two rooms, we booked, were connected inside by a door, which was perfect option for a family with 3 children. The room was warm, clean with daily housekeeping. A special “thanks” for the excellent buffet breakfast.

Spacious Room, Excellent Location 15 minutes from center and very close to the airport. Hotel service was very helpful and they even offered us the room earlier than the check-in since we arrived early from the airport and the room was available.
