The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The suite was tidy and cozy with comfy beds and good water pressure in the shower. Great place to stay and would definitely come back.

The team at Santa Ana were extremely helpful in terms of the comms prior to stay and managing any queries we had about checking in, online door access apps and options of ammenities in the close proximity to the apartment. Incredible apartment in terms of location to city centre attractions and level of quality and cleanliness and would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of booking this The family and I will definitely be returning to Santa Ana for any future trips to Madrid

Thanks a lot to a wonderful lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but we arrived at 9:30 and luckily our room was already free and clean and she check us in free of charge! And it was exactly what we needed cause we were too tired after a long night bus trip. (of course we were just lucky and it depends on the availability of the rooms but still - big shoutout to the staff for that ❤️🙌 The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city.
