We were in the black out day, and the hostel staff was very friendly. We were 10 hours without food and the gave us for free some snacks and fruits. Very friendly, very nice, and very human from them. I highly recommend this place ❤️

Incredibly welcoming and friendly, in a lovely old building, stylishly updated. We particularly enjoyed the free tea and coffee after travelling and between art galleries. I very much appreciated the attention to smaller detail that ensures a good night’s sleep: soundproofing and darkness as well as good quality mattress and bed linen. Recommended and will certainly return next time we are in Madrid!

The apartment is conveniently located next to Atocha train station and near El Retiro park. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops and main tourist areas. The manager Andres was super responsive and answered all of our queries. Definitely staying there again in our next visit to Madrid!
