The location is superb, the whole Ruzafa quarter is beautiful. It was only 5 minutes walk from our apartment to the edge of the city centre (Xativa). You can get to everywhere easily (metros are very close too). Even the Turia garden is in walking distance. There are supermarkets, vintage cloth shops, bars, and a nice market near, so You can go out if You want. The code access to the doors was easy to use. The apartment was huge, it seemed brand new, and very well equipped (the kitchen was full of kitchenwares).
