Great staff, clean rooms and beds and a minimal but sufficient breakfast. The rooms are very good value for money, the hotel is very easy to find and locate and I enjoyed my short stay here.

The room and bathroom were spotless, as well as the reception area. The front entrance security greeted me with warm smiles every time, and looked out for me when I walked back from the museum across the road and a so-called student kept asking for my whatsapp number. Betsi B&B is inside a 5-storey building with other businesses on other floors.

Great staff- full of information on the surrounding, happy to arrange shuttles (which actually came on time- unlike various experiences in Addis). Great location for "downtown" Addis visits), and after rough travel- the perfect place to wind down with good shower and big, spacious room

The staff were friendly , the hotel was clean and I loved the food. The live bands and the 360 lounge were the highlight of my stay, I would highly recommend this place.
