The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, also arranging a free room upgrade due to availability which was a lovey surprise. The room itself was very thoughtful - both practical and beautiful. After having stayed in various places in Biarritz, I look forward to staying here again soon and will be recommending to friends.

Tastefully decorated room, with wonderful wood floors, in an excellent location close to interesting back streets and a slew of restaurants. Also close to an amazing covered food market and outdoor, quality market selling clothing, sunglasses, bags, etc. that is open until 2pm. Really nice staff and a lovely little personalized welcome note with a couple of delicious treats on the bed. Very comfy bed and a well appointed bathroom. I had a great view across the rooftops. I appreciated having the parking although it did cost an extra 20 euros, but easier than a more distant car park and not any more expensive.
