The staff on reception (particularly Janie) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the rooms, the teas, the toiletries. Very comfy room and bed, gorgeous breakfast area with excellent food and drink selection and incredible views. Stunning entrance. Could have instagrammed it all day.

The hotel was located in a new nice neighbourhood with nice places to eat and to drink. It's not like the city centre. We got also an excellent view on the harbour. The hotel was exactly what we expected. The staff at the reception was very friendly. We also got a crib for our daughter. Good price-quality for the place.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was clean. The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious, in comparison to other hotels. Parking was welcome, as most of the on street parking was taken. The location is excellent, close to the river and spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I would have to highly recommend the Halles Bacalan, which offers, many pop up food vendors, with food from around the world, and an amazing atmosphere...
